Some things do not always go as planned, and, in my case, I'm grateful for the unplanned dream that I am living. I am the wife of a great husband and the mother of two beautiful children, through adoption.
I have a passion for taking pictures. Most days my camera is not far away, waiting to capture the everyday, unposed moments that we take for granted and are often gone before we have a chance to store them in our memory.
This blog is a way for me to document our everyday life with a mix of handmade fun and the occasional tangent.
In December, 2011 I was diagnosed with breast cancer and can now officially add Cancer SURVIVOR to my resume. This blog was a therapeutic way for me to document and share my journey.
