Ah, now if I can follow this advice, I'd be golden.   After a cancer diagnosis, it's hard not to feel vulnerable and invaded.  I'm so peeved at the stupid Big C...what a pain in my behind, knocking me on my butt and scarring dare it!!    However, I kicked its butt right back and it taught me a few things while it was here.  After all, you never want to lose the opportunity to learn something from each life experience.

Every day is a conscious effort to focus on the positive and walk through the day with confidence and strength.  Most days I'm doing it, but, I have to admit, it's not always an easy task.

"I learned that courage was not the absence of fear, but the triumph over it. The brave man is not he who does not feel afraid, but he who conquers that fear."
