Who's coming?

As I sit in the chemo ward awaiting my last cleanse, I am reminded once again how blessed I have been to get through this part of my journey with my friends and family by my side.  This leg of the trip has not been quite as smooth as I anticipated, but the support of friends and family made it much more bearable.  I have one heck of a crew picking up the pieces for me and keeping this ship sailing even in the roughest of seas.

This past weekend, I decided it was time to start taking the hundreds of cards off our bedroom wall.  Our bedroom needed to go through its own cleanse as well.  I read each and every card and packed them into a hat box; the love in that one hat box is incredible.
Thank you to each and every one of you who have supported and loved me through this-the feeling of being this loved is something I will not soon forget.

It is time to move on to the next leg of the journey...
Who's coming?

“It is good to have an end to journey toward; but it is the journey that matters, in the end.” ― Ernest Hemingway

I am coming Lin! You have come so far since you hung the first of those cards on your door. You have learned to take the large potatoes you have been dealt and chop them up into smaller, managable pieces. This leg of your journey was long and hard..but you have come out on the other side stronger and more beautiful than ever..(and funnier too, I think)..Love you TONS..XOX
